Isabel Silva is the Manager of Health Education and Disease Management at Kern Health Systems and has been providing services to members, providers and the community for the past six years. She has been active in providing nutrition and physical activity education to the community and is an active supporter of the Kern County Breastfeeding Coalition. Prior to joining Kern Health Systems, she worked as a clinical health educator and a research assistant providing educational seminars and outreach within the community and implementing researched based projects. While working in these fields, she earned her B.S. in Health Science with an emphasis in Community Health Education and her Master’s in Public Health from CSU Long Beach.
